Grad Portfolio Days Specifics

Grad Portfolio Days is an event organized by the National Portfolio Day Association in order to come to the aid of students in choosing a future path in life regarding their passions and career, as they try to find the better way of mixing them both together.

What are the specifics of this event? Graduate Portfolio Days is only for graduate students. Of course, anyone is allowed to attend and get informed, even before the situation calls for it, but the reality is that the only one who have real access to it are students that have finished their Bachelor’s degree and are now in possession of their diploma, while looking for the right path to go from there.

Grad Portfolio Days specifics include the presence of a portfolio for students who are interested in continuing their studies. These are encouraged to bring the work they have completed until that moment in order to show to the professors, councilors and admission officers at the event. The purpose of this is not to serve as an examination. This process has been devised only to help students and offer advice on what else they need in order to present a complete portfolio that maximizes their chances of passing the admissions exam without any problems.

Professors are there to encourage students by offering feedback on their work. Students must not be ashamed with anything they have done because it could yet present great value to the admissions board, making them great candidates when exams begin. Professors give advice to students on how they could improve their work or enhance certain aspects of one piece or many, all in order to achieve the ultimate goal of passing that exam.

Grad Portfolio Days is a carefully thought out event that has been very helpful in the past and will continue to do so from now on.
