Art Schools
Grad Portfolio Days in an event organized by the National Portfolio Day Association for the benefit of students who have finished their Bachelor’s degree and received their diploma, but are interested in continuing their studies.
There are many art schools available around the country and even in the world, some of them known world-wide, some of them not as popular, but most of them have some great programs and offer great opportunities for students. Grad Portfolio Days are organized in the pursuit of one art school that fits the student perfectly, no matter where it is.
The event features a series of activities that lets the students enter and become acquainted with the life of graduate students and what it would be like to study in any one of the art schools available that present their offer at the venue. The purpose of Graduate Portfolio Days is to make students come and ask as many questions as possible in order for them to make a decision on what art school fits best to what they want from a continued college education and in their future careers.
The event gives students the opportunity of meeting professors and councilors that can guide them through the process of enrollment and offer advice regarding the admissions process. Students can present the portfolio they have created up until that moment to receive feedback from admission officers or professors on what they need to do to improve or enhance their work, so it would be easier for them to pass the admission exam.
Graduate Portfolio Days are a way for students to get informed about art schools, art school professors and the entire academic process of the one they find more suited to their needs. It is a way to help them lay out their future.
